PartOf is run by Ox One Consulting Inc. in Calgary, Alberta. This page covers this website and the communities that use PartOf.

When you contact us

If you fill in the form on this site, we receive your name, email, your community's name and whatever you write. We use it only to reply and set up a call. We don't sell it, share it or add you to a mailing list.

This website

We use Google Analytics to count visits and to see how many people start or send the sign-up form. It sets first-party analytics cookies (named _ga) and only measures how this site is used. Google Analytics doesn't store IP addresses: it uses them briefly to estimate a city, then drops them. We've turned off advertising features, Google signals and ad personalisation, so this site sets no advertising cookies. You can block analytics with your browser's tracking protection or Google's opt-out add-on, and the site works the same.

Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs to keep the site secure and running, and its Web Analytics counts page views and page speed without cookies.

Your members' data

• Each community gets its own database, separate from every other community's.
• Your community owns its member data. We process it only to run PartOf for you.
• Payments go through your own Stripe account. We never see or store full card numbers.
• You can export everything at any time, and we delete your data when you ask us to after you leave.
• We follow Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and Canada's PIPEDA.
